Zalaqi District (Persian: بخش ذلقي) is in Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Titkan. The previous capital of the district was the village of Kish Olya.

History

After the 2016 census, the village of Titkan was elevated to the status of a city.

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 9,907 in 1,673 households. The following census in 2011 counted 9,703 people in 1,783 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 8,346 inhabitants in 1,988 households.
