Karen Lykkehus (22 October 1904 – 25 October 1992) was a Danish actress. She worked on the stage at the Det Ny Theater from 1928 to 1930 and Frederiksberg Theater. Lykkehus entered film in 1933 in De blaa drenge in which she starred alongside singer Liva Weel.

In 1944 she divorced her husband, which led to great instability. She became a drug addict, which led her to nearly die. In the last moment her mother and an old friend intervened, forcing her to go to rehab. This lead to her hardly doing any roles in theatre, but she came back in 1958 at Riddersalen.
