Emanuel Jay Taylor (born November 8, 1967) is an American former professional football cornerback. He spent seven seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Phoenix Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs. He was selected by the Cardinals in the sixth round of the 1989 NFL draft.
