Premise
With her life crashing down around her, Linda attempts to navigate her child’s mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person, and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist.

Production
If I Had Legs I'd Kick You began filming in August and September 2023 in Montauk, New York after SAG-AFTRA granted an interim agreement for the film.
Release
If I Had Legs I'd Kick You premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 24, 2025. It will also screen at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival in February 2025.
Reception
On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 86% of 22 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 7.8/10. Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned the film a score of 81 out of 100, based on 12 critics, indicating "universal acclaim".
