Hanru Sirgel (born 8 May 1998) is a South African rugby union player for the Griquas in the Currie Cup. His regular position is flanker.

Sirgel was named in the Griquas side for the 2021 Currie Cup Premier Division. He had previously been named in the Pumas squad for Super Rugby Unlocked and the 2020–21 Currie Cup Premier Division. He made his debut for the Griquas in Round 1 of the 2021 Currie Cup Premier Division against the Sharks.
