Habronema is a genus of nematodes in the order Spirurida.
Species include:
- Habronema clarki – rodent parasite
- Habronema incertum – bird parasite
- Habronema microstoma – parasite of the stomach of horses, can be transmitted by the stable fly
- Habronema muscae – parasite of the stomach of horses
